When most people thing of “burning” fat they think of literally heating up their bodies. They put on a sauna suit or sweatshirt. They hop on a cardio machine. They focus on calories burned.
Cardio makes you breath heavy. It makes you sweat. It increases your body temperature.
Logically, this makes sense. But it’s misleading.
